About Annapolis Water Heater Pros
Water Heater Repair in Annapolis, MD
Jack Reynolds started Annapolis Water Heater Pros after years of handling calls from neighbors dealing with failing units in older homes across Anne Arundel County. Based at 1860 George Ave in Annapolis, the company focuses on straightforward repair work in neighborhoods like Historic Annapolis, Eastport, and Murray Hill where many houses date back decades and still rely on original or early-replacement water heaters.
The humid subtropical climate brings hot summers that increase household hot water demand and cool winters that can stress older tanks and connections, leading to leaks that show up first in crawl spaces or basements common in West Annapolis and Parole. Jack and the crew respond to these seasonal patterns by prioritizing same-day diagnostics on standard and tankless systems, serving homeowners who need reliable service without driving to Baltimore for parts or waiting on larger outfits.
Operating from a single location keeps response times tight for Admiral Heights and areas near the City Dock or St. Anne's Church. The team stays available Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm so residents can schedule around work and family routines rather than hoping for an opening.
I started Annapolis Water Heater Pros after years handling calls in Eastport and West Annapolis where older homes near St. Anne's Church and the Maryland State House face constant strain from our humid subtropical climate. Hot summers and cool winters in Anne Arundel County push water heaters hard, especially with the terrain and soil conditions around Historic Annapolis and Murray Hill that affect drainage and corrosion. I grew up near the City Dock and U.S. Naval Academy, later expanding work into Parole and Admiral Heights while making runs to Baltimore for parts. We handle Water Heater Repair and Water Heater Leak Repair from our base at 1860 George Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401 during Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm.

What Annapolis, MD Customers Say
“The water heater in our 1960s row house suddenly stopped making hot water during a cold snap. The tech replaced the lower heating element and flushed out years of sediment buildup. Showers are consistent again without running out midway.”
“A slow drip from the pressure relief valve was staining the basement floor in our home near the Naval Academy. They swapped the valve, tested the expansion tank, and adjusted the pressure settings. No more drips and the gauge reads steady.”
“Our unit kept shutting off because the thermocouple was coated in corrosion from the brackish air. The repair involved cleaning the gas assembly and installing a new thermocouple. It stays lit reliably now even on windy days.”
